Use of service

Memophor helps you turn speeches into vivid story cues and practise from memory. You may use Memophor for personal or commercial purposes. The speeches, beats, and cues you create remain yours.

Accounts

To save speeches across devices you need an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for any activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Memophor to generate or store content that is unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

AI output

Beats and cues are generated by AI. They are suggestions to help you remember your own speech — please review them before relying on them in front of an audience. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the prices shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if something goes wrong.

No warranty

Memophor is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darwinian Angel Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Anonymous analytics

By using Memophor you agree that we may collect anonymous, metadata-only usage statistics to improve the product. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
