What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email address and an account identifier so you can sign in and access your speeches across devices. We also store the speeches, beats, cues, and practice progress you create in Memophor.
Your speeches
Your speeches are stored in our backend (Lovable Cloud, running on Supabase) so they sync across your devices. Row-level security ensures only you can read or modify your own speeches. We do not read, share, sell, or use the content of your speeches for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
AI processing
When you ask Memophor to turn a speech into beats and cues, the speech text is sent to our AI provider (via Lovable AI Gateway) to generate the output. The provider does not retain prompts or use them for model training. The generated beats and cues are saved against your account.
Anonymous usage statistics
We collect a small amount of anonymous, metadata-only usage data (e.g. "speech created", "practice session started", device type, viewport size bucket) to understand which features people use. We do not store the text of your speeches, beats, or cues in analytics events.
Cookies and storage
Memophor uses local storage and a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember small UI preferences (e.g. whether you've completed onboarding). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Payments
If you upgrade to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe shares limited information with us (e.g. subscription status, last four digits) so we can grant access to paid features.
Your choices
You can delete a speech at any time from the Speeches page, and you can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. Signed-out browsing of public pages does not require any account.
