Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?▶
Yes — an account lets us sync your speeches, beats, and practice progress across devices and keep your data safe behind sign-in.
Where are my speeches stored?▶
In our backend (Lovable Cloud, running on Supabase) under your account. Row-level security means only you can read or modify your speeches.
Does Memophor use AI?▶
Yes. When you ask Memophor to turn a speech into beats and cues, your text is sent to our AI provider via the Lovable AI Gateway. It is not used to train the underlying model.
Can I delete a speech?▶
Yes — open the Speeches page and delete from there. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@ahconic.com.
Is Memophor free?▶
There's a free tier you can use right away. Some advanced features are part of a paid plan; you can see what's included on the Pricing page.
I have a beta code — where do I redeem it?▶
Sign in, go to the Pricing page, and use the redeem field at the top to enter your code.
